Big Ten Burrito on State near Packard.  Now called BTB.

Along with BTB, there is also Panchero's (South University), as well as a Qdoba and Chipoltle on Washtenaw Avenue near Arborland.  I frequent Ponchero's, but you can't go wrong with any of them.
